s4p's First Ever Weekend Retreat!

I've scheduled our first retreat for the group. In addition to the group having 24/7 access to me, I'm hoping it will help bring us together as a team.

I'm going to try something a little different: I've come up with 35 random questions that I'll throw in a hat and have each member draw and answer. Questions range from what their favorite color is and what they believe it says about them, to what I believe to be the most important, if this group turns out to be a failure in a year what will be the root cause.

Of course we'll be doing equipment training and such, and I'm even going to offer to give readings.

I'm sending out a prayer that the retreat will be a success. I have such high hopes for this team and I have complete faith in each member.
